Presentation Types for the registration

There are four types of presentations available in the International Conference on Archaeology, History and Heritage 2019 and you can register to the conference by selecting your preferred presentation type. The main presentation types are Oral, Poster, Virtual and Attendee. For all these types you can register as a group in special registration fee.

ORAL Presentations

If you wish to be an Oral Presenter at the conference, following things are included in you registration fee.

Registration fee includes: Oral Presenters

  • Presentation slot (20min) – Not applicable for Non presenters
  • 4 Refreshments (Morning and Evening) and 2 Lunches
  • 1 Dinner with cultural show
  • Abstract Book (Hard Copy)
  • Conference Proceedings (Soft Copy)
  • Conference Bag
  • Conference Group Photo (Printed)
  • Presentation certificate

POSTER Presentations

If you are wish to be an Poster Presenter at the conference, following things are included in you registration fee.

  • Presentation slot (10min) – Not applicable for Non presenters

NON – Presenters (Listeners/Attendee)

Registration fee includes: Non Presenters/Listener

VIRTUAL Presenters

If you are unable to attend the conference in person but still wish to have your paper presented and published, we offer virtual presentations for your convenience. Your presentation will be uploaded to the conference website.

You are still required to submit a proposal/abstract or full paper, and one author must pay the registration fee. After the conference has ended, you will receive a copy of the conference program, certificate of presentation, and the book of abstracts along with the conference pack.

Registration fee includes: Virtual Presenters

  • Abstracts and papers will be published in conference proceedings
  • Submit your paper for peer review to the supporting Journals
  • An author certificate, abstract book and conference materials will be mailed to every virtual presenter after the conference.

About Group Registration

  • Group registration is applicable for any of the above presentation types.
  • You are eligible for the discounted rate on the registration fee if you are a group of minimum 5 persons.
  • If your group comprises of more than 10 people please contact our organizing committee for the higher percentage of the discount rate.
  • Please note the group members should be from the organization/institution.
  • Discounted Registration for five (5) or more participants from the same organization/institution.
  • The benefits of the Group registration will be decided based on your presentation type (Oral/Poster/Listener/Virtual)

Special Note

  • The registration fee does not include domestic transport, tours or accommodation.
  • The specified additions could be booked at the time of online registration.

Once you selected your presentation type (oral/poster/virtual/listener) and Individual/Group registration you can select your Registration Fee category, register online for the conference and make the payment to confirm your participation for the conference.

Guidelines to select the Registration Fee

  • If you are Oral Presenter or as a Poster presenter you should register as a delegate/student.
  • If you are a listener you should register as an attendee.
  • However, if you cannot participate but still would want to present at the International Conference on Archaeology, History and Heritage 2019  you can select the virtual presenter
  • The registration fee is based on your citizenship, not nationality.
